Premier transportation company Norfolk Southern, is building a new corporate headquarters in midtown Atlanta. The new headquarters site will be located in Tech Square, a hub of innovation, technology, and talent for both the city and Norfolk Southern. The new campus aims to reimagine the employee work environment and experience with amenities such as: on site dining, rooftop garden, private green space, fitness center, state-of-the-art conference and training space, on site child care, and shared workspaces; with easy access to public transportation, the airport, and most major interstates.

The relation will bring approximately 850 jobs to Atlanta with an average salary of $105,000 and generate and estimated economic impact of ~$811 million for the region.
